1. Go to Google sites.
2. Login with your google account. And Click On CREATE button.

3. Choose a blank template then fill up the name of your site, the site location and the captcha then click CREATE.

4. Now you are on your site.Click on MORE button after that MANAGE SITE




5. Now click on ATTACHMENT
6. After you upload the file .And  right click the download link and click Copy Link location.
7. Now, you can use the link on your blogger post by adding a link to a text where readers would click.
